Syeda Ambreen Zehra Taqvi joined Engro Enfrashare (Pvt) Limited as General Manager HR & Admin in January 2025. Ambreen brings extensive experience in Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organization Design, Change Management and Executive Coaching. She has held key positions in leading organizations like Jazz, PTCL, PMIC, Telenor and more. In her last organization, Ambreen was the HR Lead for Commercial and Business divisions, where she collaborated with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive a high-performance culture.
Throughout her career, Ambreen has also successfully led initiatives in Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR policy transformation.
Ambreen’s qualifications include a BBA and dual MBAs in Finance and HR from Bahria University and an LLB from University of the Punjab. She is an advocate, member of Islamabad bar council, a corporate governance enthusiast, and a board director for a state-owned enterprise.
