Syed Qasim Hassan joined Engro Enfrashare (Pvt) Limited as General Manager HR & Admin in November 2023. He brings an extensive 18 years of diverse experience in field of Manufacturing, Environment Health & Safety and Human Resource Management with an expertise in Talent, Culture & Diversity, Organization Design, Change Management and Business Partnering.

Qasim worked across diverse industries including FMCG, Manufacturing and Engineering where he has immensely contributed towards achieving Business Priorities specially on People Agenda. Qasim has also worked in Engro Corporation as Manager Talent Acquisition where he has played a pivotal role in revamping the Talent Acquisition initiatives across Engro group and in Engro Fertilizers as HR Business Partner – Manufacturing.

Prior Joining Engro He was also associated with Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco, SaltecPowerlink.
